Sea Washed Timber, Ringstead, Dorset

Possibly the remains of an old boat buried in the pebbles, shaped and polished by the water's movements, the timbers presented me with a natural sculpture. The image is ambiguous, and strongly dynamic against the dreamy background. A week later, I returned to try another shot, to find the sea and the pebbles had reclaimed them.
